We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Products must be in unused condition, with all original packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for adult diapers, opened acupuncture mats, used massage items, or other personal care products.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours after placing your order.
Orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not process item-for-item exchanges. If you require a different product, please make a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
